Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Manufacturing Tech II, III to join their client's innovative team in Scotts Valley, California. This role is ideal for individuals who are skilled in manufacturing processes and are looking to grow within a dynamic company. The position requires working collaboratively to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a timely manner.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records of operations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and increase efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all manufacturing activities.
• Train and mentor junior technicians as needed to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.

Salary Range: $20 - $34 per hour
